Thanks for letting us know about your question on the forums. We have tried this type of answer in our offices, and it worked for us. Are you using quotes when you enter the answer? If so, please remove them and try again. Also make sure you hit apply at the bottom right hand side once you are done entering the options for answers.
If it doesn't work after that, please check your software version and make sure that you are using the latest version of the software, which is 1.8.
