Hi Helen.

I replied back to your message on the other thread, please could you help us to clarify some information so we can assist further to help you resolve this issue?

Are you using ActivInspire with the studio look? or are you referring to the older software ActivStudio?

If you are indeed using ActivInspire, please could you let us know the version installed? To find this information, open ActivInspire, click on Help>About and this will be in bold text at the top of the window which appears.

Please could you also ensure that your java, flash and flash for other browsers is up to date?

Please could you clear your temp folder? As you are using a Windows operating system, this can be found in C:\Users\USERNAME\AppData\Local\Temp or by clicking Start/Windows button> in the search field type %temp%.
