To help us to try and fix this issue for your self, please could you advise us which software you are using?
Are you using ActivInspire with the studio look? or are you referring to the older software ActivStudio?
If you are using the older ActivStudio software, please be aware that this software is no longer supported, however you can upgrade to the ActivInspire software providing that you are using Promethean hardware.
If you are indeed using ActivInspire, please could you let us know the version installed? To find this information, open ActivInspire, click on Help>About and this will be in bold text at the top of the window which appears.
Please could you also ensure that your java/flash and flash for other browsers is up to date?
