Are you connected to this board via USB? If so, try another USB and connect directly to the electronics of the board. If you are connected to a wallbox/ connectivity panel or if there are USB extenders or boosters bypass them and attempt to connect directly to the board. You may also want to try and connect a computer that works with another board to see if they are able to gain a connection.
