Hi Guys! Sucess!!! I had one of our techs with admin priviledges come out and he went into my profile and deleted the ap data, roaming, and the active inspire folder with all its contents and the flipcharts loaded again! :-) He DID login using his profile and it worked so he realized that it had to be in the network somehow just as you said.. (when he tried it remotely I guess it didn't work) Anyway thank you so much for your time and responses--you guys are the best!! Sincerely, Jim
