Thanks for letting us know. We'd also like for you to upgrade your driver to the latest version. Please tell us whether your version of Windows Vista is 32 bit, or 64 bit, and then we can send the driver upgrade to you through a link.
Alternately, you can go to the support section of PrometheanPlanet.com, and download the newest driver from the support section of that site. Once that has been done, please update the driver by performing these steps:
1. Get driver appropriate for your system.
2. Unplug Promethean Hardware from your system.
3. Uninstall the old driver from the Windows Control Panel
4. Install the new driver by running the executable file that you receive from the site, or a link we provide.
5. Then reconnect your Promethean hardware, and see if your issue is fixed.
