Thanks for letting us know about your issue. Was this after an upgrade to 1.8 of Activinspire software?
If so, you'll need the latest driver installed as well, as well as hub firmware 5.13 in order for your Activhub to work properly again.
Please open the Activmanager in your system tray, next to the clock, and open the control panel. Under the hardware tab, check to see that your Activhub is listed running firmware 5.13, and if not, highlight it and click upgrade, then choose Internet->Load. This should load and install the latest firmware for the hub. Then, check to the right of the copyright notice for your version number. It should read 5.9.27.
If it does not, please go to www.prometheanplanet.com, and go to the support section, under software->Activinspire. On the right side of the page you should see software and drivers. Your Windows driver is there to download, once you choose either 32 bit or 64 bit based on your computer type.
Please install that and then reboot, and then check your devices in Activinspire again. Please let us know your results by replying to this email message.
