Please ensure that ActivInspire is not already installed or partially installed by checking on your Windows Control Panel under Programs. If it is installed and not working, you can uninstall this and then if you could re-download a fresh copy and install it, ensuring that you have full admin rights on your computer. You have mentioned that it would not let you install ActivInspire, what error message appears? Could you please attach a screenshot of this?
ActivInspire is not in any of the 'App' stores across the multiple formats (iOS, Google, & Windows etc) as of yet. This is an open enhancement for ActivInspire and I will pass your interests on for this for the development team to hopefully implement in future.
