Hello Leanne,

Kindly ensure that the ActivInspire software and ActivDriver are up to date on the computer of the teacher running this assessment by using the ActivInspire suite downloaded from this page on Planet.

If the issue is still present after that update, please confirm the version of the ActivEngage Server and whether that server is on the same computer on which the assessment is being presented or in some other location as well as the Operating system on which the server is installed.  Also are the clients taking the assessment on mobile devices or a web browser, and is the browser on a desktop or laptop?
