Kindly confirm the version number of the ActivDriver installed on the computers in use, as well as to what model of board the computers in question are connecting.
Also, If any extensions, boosters, or other hardware are used to facilitate the USB connection to the board, please by-pass them in favor of a more direct connection to the board in use. Are the same errors presenting with the board while connected to the board in that manner?
