Leann,

 

In addition to updating the ActivDriver on the computer to which this Hub connects, kindly also update the Firmware on the ActivHub if it is not already at 5.13 according to the computer’s ActivManager.  Instructions for doing so can be found in Article 10421 from our Promethean Knowledge Base (www.prometheankb.com).

 

 

Be advised that this process will remove all devices registered to the Hub; those devices will need to be re-registered afterwards.
