Forum Post: Activeslate won't register

Hi

I have an activeslate that won't register to the hub or board. I'v updated the hub firmware to v5.13, and tried to update the slate but I get the message 'No RF updates available'. 

When I click on the slate button in the toolbox, or on register devices in the dashboard, I get the message 'Unable to detect the required hardware'.

What else do I need to do?
