Hello Angela,

Which version of the ActivInspire software is being opened on the computer in question, and is that computer Windows-based or a Mac?  

Is the same error message presenting when any other user who logs into this computer attempts to open the ActivInspire Software or when you attempt to open the ActivInspire Software while logged into a different computer?
