I am having the same issue.
I am using version 1.5.34144
on a 1 yr old i-mac running OS 10.8 (not mavericks)
I looked at ActivDoktor recommened to try, but it is for Windows and I'm running a Mac.
Please suggest how I can fix the issue. Thanks.
