When you ask if it's possible to get replacements, I'd suggest two possibilities; you may be able to purchase through your Promethean reseller, however it's probably preferable if you contact us to troubleshoot the equipment and get replacements under warranty if appropriate.

Please contact us directly, either through our knowledgebase at www.prometheankb.com or over the phone using the numbers for your language/region located at www.prometheanworld.com/.../technical-support-numbers. You may reference this case number and we'll appreciate if you can provide us with your board serial number as well as some more detail regarding the above (ie how are you connected, if you're using any extensions did you in your testing bypass, what driver version is installed and was the second computer you tested against known to work on other boards, etc).
