Thanks Adam for your prompt reply. But My activinspire looks different . I have searched the internet and think I need "resource packs with question templates". I have downloaded following , imported them but they are all made by users and none lets me paste images in question.

Is there a standard resource pack (the one I can see in your screen shot ) which will have layouts where I can paste images.
