If you are experiencing the same loss of functionality with regard to your Learner Response Devices in the ActivInspire software following the update of that software, please also ensure that your ActivDriver has been updated as well. That update can be downloaded from this page on Promethean Planet.
If still unable to utilize your devices after installing that driver and re-starting the computer, please let us know.
