Please use the ActivInspire Suite downloadable from the ActivInspire Download Page on Planet to install the latest version of the ActivInspire Software and ActivDriver on the computer in use. Let us know if the same error message appears when attempting to install the downloaded file, or if you are still unable to use your pens at the board after applying that update and performing a calibration through the ActivManager.
Is the board responding to any pen used at this board or working pens borrowed from other boards after calibration?
If the USB connection to the board utilizes any extensions, boosters, or other hardware, please by-pass them in favor of a direct connection from the computer to the board using only a single length of A-to-B USB cable, no more than 9’ in length. Is the pen responding to the board while connected in this manner?
