Thanks for attaching the screenshots of your ActivInspire software.
Please be aware that we do not support the Russian language on this forum, however there is a Russian forum which can be found here if you wish to use that.
Looking at the screenshots, it would appear that If the software update was performed through ActivInspire’s “Check for Updates” option, then you would have only updated the ActivInspire software without updating the Driver; that update can be found on this page.
After installing that driver and re-starting the computer, please let us know if you are still unable to utilize your Learner Response Devices in the ActivInspire software.
