Please could you confirm which version of ActivInspire you are currently using? To find this information, load ActivInspire, click on Help>About and in bold text will list a version number.
Is there a specific step you are doing when moving to the next page which makes the software crash each time?
Do you have full administrator rights on this computer? What operating system is installed?
If you create another user on the computer and use ActivInspire, does the same issue happen?
