From the serial number you provided, we were able to establish that you have a DLP projector. When this projector shuts down prematurely a sequence of LED lights will flash in a particular order indicating the fault it is experiencing, for example, 5 power LED blinks and 2 lamp LED blinks. The projector manual will guide you on what this sequence means. If you do not have the manual, you can locate it on our knowledge base at www.prometheankb.com, select Projectors/ your model and article number KBM130.
Once you have established the error that is occurring, disconnect the projector from power for about 3-4 minutes, reconnect and try to power it up, if the issue persists, please contact Technical Support via the knowledge base, select Projectors/ Contact Us. In the Existing case field, input number 218381. Please also provide the serial number of the projector which is located on the top of the unit facing the ceiling.
