If the software update was performed through ActivInspire’s “Check for Updates” option, then you would have only updated the ActivInspire software without updating the Driver; that update can be found on this page on Promethean Planet.
After installing that driver and re-starting the computer, please let us know if you are still unable to utilize your Learner Response Devices in the ActivInspire software
