In this instance where the issue is still happening, we would advise contacting Promethean Technical Support, either by phone or by an e-mail submission to our Knowledge Base, referencing case number 353410 when doing so in either case.
This is to ensure we can assist by providing the firmware for this ActivBoard to hopefully resolve the issue.
