On our Promethean Knowledge Base, the projectors page will list a picture of each model of Promethean Projector that is or has been available; Clicking on one of those projectors will yield a list of article relating to possible issue with the projector in question, as well as a User’s Guide, in the form of a downloadable PDF.
Hiding the screen on one of the projectors compatible with that remote can be done by pressing the “Blank” button at that bottom of the remote. Press it once to black out the image and once more to display the image again.
