Hello Jim,

Has cleaning out the user’s Tamp folder and re-starting the computer allowed inspire to open?  Normally the path of Temp folder will be C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Local\Temp.

Does the same behavior present with a newly-created user with the same level of privileges as the user in question?  If this user is able to log into other computers, does Inspire successfully open when he logs into that other computer?
