Hello Kari,

 

To which model of ActivBoard are you attempting to connect the computer in question?  Have other computers been able to connect to this board?

 

Kindly confirm the version of ActivDriver installed on the computer; if not present or up-to-date, an updated version of the ActivDriver can be downloaded from this page on Promethean Planet.

 

 

Does the USB connection from the computer to the ActivBoard utilize any extensions, boosters, wallboxes or other hardware?  If so, please by-pass them in favor of a direct connection to behind the upper left corner of the board using a single length of cable no more than 10-15’ in length.  Is the computer recognizing a connection to the ActivBoard when connected in that manner?
