If, after swapping in a working lamp for this projector and cycling the power connection to it, the same pattern of LEDs presents when the projector shuts down, please contact Promethean Technical Support either by phone or by an e-mail submission to the Promethean Knowledge Base, providing them with the Serial Number of the projector in question when doing so.
