For assistance with replacement batteries in the Expression devices, please refer to article 11027 from our Promethean Knowledge Base.
To ensure that the devices can properly receive questions from the ActivInspire software, please ensure that the Inspire software and ActivDriver are up-to-date, as well as the Firmware on both the ActivHub and the ActivExpressions devices.
The ActivInspire Software and ActivDriver can be updated using the ActivInspire suite, downloadable from this page on Promethean Planet.
Instructions on updating the firmware on the ActivHub and the ActivExpression devices, please refer to Article 10421 from the Knowledge Base
Please let us know if this does not allow all of the devices to receive the questions asked during the voting session.
