Hello kwondra,

 

First, try logging into the computer as an administrator to calibrate the board, then log back in as yourself.  Is the calibration staying in place as the board is used while you are logged in to the computer?

 

Next, if you have not already done so, please ensure your ActivDriver is at its latest version; you can download our latest ActivDriver from this page on Promethean Planet, if needed.

 

If the same issue presents after installing the updated driver, please perform a 25-point calibration from the ActivManager on the computer in use.

 

Should you also find that the same loss of calibration occurs during the day, try using a different ActivPen with this board, preferably one that is known to work as normal when used on another board.

 

 

Also, what model of ActivBoard is in use?  That Product Code can be found on the same label on the board where the serial number is written.
