If you know the name of one of the files in question, a search in Windows Explorer can help locate that file along with other resources that may have been lost, as long as they are still on the computer. Once those files are located, you can adjust ActivInspire’s settings accordingly to look for resources in that location.
If those files are no longer on the computer, then you will need to copy them from another user who does have access to them or have them export their resource library to a resource pack, which can then be imported into your ActivInspire Resource library,
