Which version of the ActivInspire software and ActivDriver are in use on the computer? Which version of firmware is on the ActivExpression devices being used in the assessment and which version of firmware is present on the ActivHub to which those devices are registered?
Is it always the same 5 devices that present this behavior, or does this behavior affect different devices each time?
