Hello James,

Which version of the ActivInspire software was installed on the computer in question?  Does removing and re-installing the software improve or correct the behavior?

If other user can log in to this computer, then does the same behavior present when other users log in to this computer?  If you log in to another computer with your user account, does the ActivInspire software act in the same way?
