First try and run a repair on disk permissions. To do this, select Applications/ Utilities/ Disk Utilities/ Mac HD/ First Aid tab/ Repair Disk Permissions and restart the computer. If you are still having issues, with the software open go to Edit/ Profiles/ Settings tab / Profile and Resources and uncheck the box "Use default profile path" and follow the path listed and delete that file. Close ActivInspire and when you reopen it will allow you to recreate your profiles. (case#217121)
