This sounds like you may need to uninstall your ActivManager application and re-install.

First you will need to remove your USB cable connected to the ActivBoard and then uninstall the ActivManager from your Add/Remove programs on the Windows Control Panel.

Once this is removed, please restart your computer.

Go to this link to download the correct driver version for Windows

Install the ActivDriver and once installed, plug in your USB cable. This should now connect and you should see your ActivBoard listed in the ActivManager Control Panel under the hardware tab.
