Thank you for mentioning the version number and operating system.
The function to import to PDF will only work if the profession edition of ActivInspire is installed. This is why it is currently asking you for your Activation key due to being on the personal edition.
The activation key is the license key for ActivInspire to upgrade it. As you have mentioned that you have a Promethean ActivBoard in your classroom there are a few ways of generating a license key. Please click here, this will take you to an article on our knowledge base which shows you how to generate a license key with your ActivBoard. Once this has been generated and you have been given your serial number for ActivInspire, please paste this into your activation key box.
