Hopefully we can help fix your issue with the ActivBoard. Could you please provide the product code of your ActivBoard? This should be located on the side of your ActivBoard next to your serial number.
You have mentioned about checking the power point with the ActivBoard, are you able to test another working power supply unit? Usually when you unplug and re-plug in the power you should hear the board make a beep sound, do you hear this at all? Are you using a USB cable or a serial cable?
