Could you please confirm the version of ActivManager which is installed? To do this, click on the ActivManager icon, and click control panel. At the bottom of the page which loads will show a version number and will look similar to version 5.X.XX. Please could you confirm this? Also, do you have a red X icon through the ActivManager icon?
Also, please could you provide your product code of your ActivBoard? This will be located generally on the left hand side of your ActivBoard however in some circumstances may be on the back of your ActivBoard.
Are you using a USB cable? Or a Serial cable with a USB converter?
