I am trouble with ActiveInspire,
I have tried it on two laptops
1 running Windows 8
1 running Windows 7
I have gotten the software to load fine, but it won't connect to the board at all. I am in a school with an ActivBoard 300
The laptop running Windows 7 - I had used successfully on an Activeboard last year, so I am perplexed as to what the problem is.
In the control manager the COM 3 is recongised but it won't connect.
With the laptop running Windows 8
In the control manager no COM port is recognised.
Can you help please?
I have reinstalled the software and the drivers but to no avail.
