If the board is being recognized in the ActivManager and Touch has been enabled in the ActivManager (under ‘Pens’ tab; please reference Knowledge Base Article 10899 for more information in doing so), then you will also need to ensure that the “Dual Mode ActivBoards” Settings in ActivInspire’s Settings are also set up to allow for touch to be recognized as an input for that software.
Additionally, we would recommend using the latest version of our ActivInspire software and ActivDriver on the computer connecting to this board. A Suite which will update both can be downloaded from this page on Promethean Planet.
