The Question Manager and Shapes tool are features of the Professional Edition of the ActivInspire software which will not be present until that copy of the Personal Edition of the software is upgraded.
To upgrade from the Personal Edition to the Professional Edition, you will need an Activation Key for the software (20 digits in length, starting with 0015- or 0016-), which can be entered into the software through the ‘Help’ Menu, under ‘About’. On the window that appears, click on the ‘Register’ button to bring up the End User License Agreement into which that information can be input.
