Please could you confirm which Mac operating system you currently have?
It's possible that the first ActivInspire download hasn't installed correctly as you should be able to see the ActivInspire application in the Promethean folder.
What I would recommend doing is to download the file again from the below link and try to install this. If you are still experiencing issues where the "Install" button is not clickable please let us know.

Once the file has downloaded, double-click the icon to open the package.
Double-click the ActivInspire.mpkg file to begin the installation.
Click Continue.
The following screen will ask you to read the license agreement and agree to continue.
Click Install to continue, or choose another install location if necessary.
The installation could take a few minutes.
Once the install has finished, click close.
Your copy of ActivInspire should now be installed and you should be able to open the flipcharts you have on your flashdrive.
