Thanks for the note.

It's interesting that this will open when it's first reinstalled, but not afterwards. Generally if the software hangs or crashes on opening, it will be due to an issue or corrupt file in the profile, which are stored in user specific locations.

First and foremost, can you please confirm that you are running the latest version of our software, 1.7.62196. Please also can you confirm that you have the latest versions of Java and Flash for Other Browsers installed.

If this does not resolve, in order to help us confirm what's causing the issue, can you or your IT staff please attempt to create a new user on the computer, log in as that user, open Activinspire and see whether the issue replicates, then log out/restart and log in as the test user again to see if the issue replicates? Additionally, do you or have you modified your profile (ie your toolbar, layout, or settings) in the software in any way? Lastly, do any other users at your school have issues?
