Thank you for posting, I'm logging this issue against case # 331075.

In my experience this is simply an error that the devices in question are not communicating to the radio/wireless device in your board/hub, and is most often resolved by re-registering the devices in question.

If they're labelled and you know which ones they are, please remove them and re-register them in the device registration window for Activinspire. If not, then it may be worthwhile to clear your hub/board and re-register the set.

If this does not resolve the issue I'd only think we may need to look at the warranty, please can you contact us using our phone numbers at www.prometheanworld.com/.../technical-support-numbers or our contact form at www.prometheankb.com. If the devices were purchased within the last year or so we will ask for paperwork to confirm.
