The firmware version that was on the board was 3.47 and the one applied was 3.67. But when aplying that update the USB cable was only a single length cable, But we had a power problem. the lights went off for 5 minutes. Then, when I turned it back on appeared the problem. We have 8 boards in our school and all the other updates were OK.
What can we do?
