The issue raised with Promethean for this particular issue, has been raised within the product development lifecycle, to be reviewed when implementing new features or bug fixes in future versions.
Unfortunately, due to the nature and complexity of development work required, this particular feature enhancement has not been implemented at this stage into ActivInspire.
We appreciate the frustration this may cause, however we can assure you that this feature enhancement is being reviewed and is under consideration for implementation in the future.
We will let you know if and or when this feature enhancement is implemented, so please watch out for news on Promethean Planet for new versions.
