Hi Sheryl

When installing ActivInspire it should prompt you for your Activation Key if this didn't happen you can put in the Activation Key via the Help -> About menu options where you should have an empty Activation Key box.  Simply insert your key and press the register button and it will switch from the Personal to the Professional edition.
