The issue you are describing was an enhancement to the software to make it easier for users to switch tools by right clicking the pen. If the board is detecting a right click from the pen and the user is not right clicking the pen, then a software, driver or firmware update may be necessary. They will want to test other pens as well to ensure it is not an issue with the pen. The USB cable should also be connected directly to the board with a single length USB cable. (case# 298399)
