At times the VGA cable may cause this issue. Please disconnect the VGA cable from the computer and see if the no input screen displays the same issue. You can also try and select Menu from the remote and see if the menu shows up clear. If not, please contact Technical Support via the web form on the knowledge base at www.prometheankb.com, select your region/language, Projector, Contact Us. In the Existing case field input case number: 288792 and provide the serial number of the projector.
