We do not believe that it is a hacker but possibly an environmental or hardware issue with the ActivBoard that is causing the cursor on your computer to act erratically. So that we may isolate this issue, please contact Technical Support via the web form on the knowledge base at www.prometheankb.com, select your region/language, Interactive Displays, Contact Us.
In the Existing case field input case number: 287683 and include the serial number of the board along with the firmware and driver version.
Also, to see if we are able to stop the cursor from acting erratically, disconnect the USB from the computer, reconnect the USB and while the flame is flashing uncheck the box in the Pens tab of ActivManager to disable touch.
