This is a luncheon. The percentages have already been gathered from student surveys. In this presentation, we are asking Faculty to guess what the students answered in the same survey. We want to gather the percentages of the faculty responses. We are using 85 ActivExpression devices to respond on the likert scale. The Facilitator, the Meeting Coordinator wants me to create the presentation. She wants me to have each survey question on a separate slide. Then at the end of the question set, she wants a slide that shows the percentages of the student responses and along side she wants the percentages of the faculty responses that have just been gathered. Side by side, she wants student and faculty responses to be seen on one slide.
How do I record the faculty percentage voting results in real time on that 9th slide that already has the percentages from the students?
I guess we are using the Insert Question voting method, where I press the play button and the survey question pops up on the ActivExpression Devices and then I press the stop vote button when all responses are in. We are using that method instead of Express Poll or Self-Paced. We cannot use self-paced because she specifically wants all survey questions on separate slides.
We are using Promethean ActivInspire Professional Edition 1.7.58968.
We are running Windows 7.
